Hi! I'm Angelica. Or Geli, Angie, Ang, Ducky, Peanut...depends who you ask. I'm a Northern VA native who just came back from a 4 1/2 year stint between Los Angeles and Las Vegas while working for MGM Studios and Amazon Prime.

I've got a ton of experience in different creative fields, but creative writing and advertising are where my heart is at. 

​

As a writer, I strive to delve into the depths of human experience, capturing moments of raw emotion and introspection. This portfolio is a canvas where I express the complexities of the human condition through my words and narratives.

Fun facts:

 

1. I am a horror cinephile and have lots of tattoos that reflect my love for horror and the macabre. I'm just a nerdy weirdo who loves weird and esoteric things, and I'm perfectly okay with that.

2. I own two ridiculously good looking (thank you Zoolander) Brussels Griffon dogs. George Lucas owned one during the making of Star Wars and actually modeled the Ewok after his pup.

 3. I am primarily Danish and Swedish. READ: Viking blood. My family is from Uppsala, Sweden (if you’ve watched Vikings you’ll know that place’s significance)

 

4.I’m related to 2 of 9 women who were hanged during the Salem Witch Trials. One of the two, Rebecca Nurse, is featured in The Crucible. Her house is now a historical site that you can tour in Salem.
